Star Wars no.9 (2015)
Team up time! Stuart Immonen should have been the regular artist from the beginning.
Star Wars is still a great read. Jason Aaron has yet not failed to emulate the tone of the trilogy. This series actually feels like an extension rather than an addendum to the canon.
All-New Hawkeye no.5 (2015)
Hmm, i’m not sure how much i like this arc. Reading it in issues has been rather frustrating, but now that the first arc has come to its end, it reminds of a flower that just took a longer time to bloom than anticipated. We get a better look into Clint and what lead to him becoming the Hawkeye he is while he is trying, in his way, to help Kate become a better Hawkeye.
Looking forward to. see more of Old people Hawkeye.
Shutter no.15 (2015)
That excerpt seems a bit preachy, but the issue is great! It’s all set up for whats to come and my guess is it will be great. Spread the word please! Shutter is one of the titles that offer the best bang for your buck these days, and i’m in constant fear that its competitors will crush it.
Spider-Verse no.5 (2015)
Final issue. I like the series. These days every Spider-Man is more interesting than the actual one, and here we have a team up of some of the most interesting alternate wall crawlers. There is just oooone little thing that bothered me, even if it does play into the mythos of Spider-Man.
And then there is André Lima Araújo great art if the story isn’t your thing.
Ivar, Timewalker no.9 (2015)
Everything is starting to come together. This issue reaches back as far as the beginning of the Valiant re-launch. Great artwork paired with a great story. But i advise to read it from the beginning (which i have to do again when the series finishes).
One of these days i have to sit down and read it from the beginning for a second time because i might have skipped a few issues in the middle.
Inhumans – Attilan Rising no.5 (2015)
The ending to this mini-series reveals the extent of Doom’s power over Battleworld and to a certain extent, renders the four issue that came before insignificant.
But Black Bolt talking is something we don’t get to see often, that’s why it is on here.
Weirdworld no.4 (2015)
What an awesome comic! Story and art are in perfect alignment in Weirdworld. I’m so curious about how this series will conclude.
Weird i assume.
Over The Garden Wall no.2 (2015)
This issue was hilarious! Watch the series and read the comic if you are able to.
Issue two also manages to capture the tone of the tv show, this time with the story of Fred the horse.
And like in issue one, we get a song as back matter.
He-Man – Eternity War no.10 (2015)
What a great issue! Adam in King Hisss’s armor? That is just the beginning! I like this series a lot. Every issue builds up tension and makes me wonder how it might end, because Dan Abnett is not taking prisoners.
Rumble no.7 (2015)
This is a comic that slowly grew on me. And this issue further develops Rathraq as not only some monster slaying barbarian but a feeling being that lost its purpose. He’s working to resolve the issue, but for now he does not seem confident in regaining his heart, to resurrect his former body.
