To my shame i must admit that i did not like the Batman Animated comics when they were released at the newsstands. Today, the collected editions of these comics are a joy to read. On paper the feeling of nostalgia is enjanced by the paperstock, digital it is a feast for the senses with all the colours being enhanced through a backlit display.
I had a blast reading through a single issue each morning over the last couple of days. These stories take the essence of each of the characters and put them in neat done-in-one issues.
